i to i research specialises in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and has specific approaches to assess the impact and value of interventions, programmes and communications.

i to i research was set up initially not only to address the lack of an effective means of evaluating PR activity, but also to develop one that would enable direct comparison with advertising spend. Since then, we have developed methodologies to track different media channels both separately and as part of an overall multi-media platform. Because much of i to i’s early work was on providing ‘Return on Investment’ assessments for brand communication, we have been able to adopt a similar approach to determining value for Communication for Development (C4D) programmes in fragile and conflict-affected countries.

i to i provides design and implementation of M&E to support programmes as well as training and consultancy support services.
